Independent service notice: [BRAN_NAMe] is not a government agency and does not determine eligibility, process applications, or guarantee approval for any public-benefit program.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, mobile number, an email address if provided, password credentials in protected form, state, selected benefit interests, plan choice, consent records, support messages, and membership status. PayPal processes payment credentials; our site should not store full card or bank-account details.

2. How information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide membership features, personalize guides and alerts, communicate about billing or account activity, respond to support requests, maintain consent records, improve the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS consent and mobile information

SMS consent is used only for first-party messages from [BRAN_NAMe]. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer SMS consent to advertisers, affiliates, lead buyers, or unrelated third parties. Mobile information is not used for third-party marketing.

4. Service providers

We may use vendors that support hosting, security, text-message delivery, optional email delivery, analytics, customer support, and recurring payment processing. Vendors should receive only the information reasonably needed to perform contracted services and must handle it under applicable confidentiality and security requirements.

5. PayPal

Recurring checkout occurs through PayPal. PayPal’s handling of payment and account information is governed by PayPal’s own notices and terms. We may receive subscription identifiers, payer references, plan information, payment status, and webhook events needed to manage membership.

6. Cookies and analytics

The production site may use essential cookies for login and security, plus limited analytics to understand site performance. Any nonessential tracking should be disclosed and configured consistently with applicable requirements.

7. Data retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for accounts, billing records, consent records, dispute handling, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and service operations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may update preferences in the member dashboard, stop text messages by replying STOP, unsubscribe from optional email updates using the provided link, request account support, or request deletion where applicable. Stopping SMS does not cancel a paid subscription.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults managing their own or their household’s information needs. We do not knowingly create membership accounts for children under 13.

10. Contact and changes

Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through Contact Us. We may revise this policy prospectively and will update the effective date when changes are posted.
